Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement)

Cargo Cockpit ("the Service") is an internal operations application owned and operated by SJR Logistics LLC, a trucking company based in Houston, Texas ("SJR Logistics", "we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided solely for SJR Logistics' owners, employees, contract drivers, dispatch and office staff, and applicants who submit a job application. It is not offered to the general public and no self-service accounts are available. Accounts are created and assigned by SJR Logistics management.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for SJR Logistics business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the Service for any other purpose.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your username and password confidential and do not share accounts.
- Provide accurate information (applications, time-off requests, accident reports, and other records you submit).
- Use the Service only for legitimate work purposes and only at lawful times โ never operate the Service while driving.
4. Company data
All data in the Service โ schedules, performance scores, payroll records, hiring records, safety and training records, and financial information โ is the property and confidential business information of SJR Logistics LLC. Your access to any portion of it may be granted, limited, or revoked at any time. Do not disclose Service data outside the company.
5. Third-party services
The Service exchanges data with third-party platforms used to run the business (for example Amazon Relay, Motive, Gusto, and Intuit QuickBooks). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. QuickBooks data is accessed read-only and only by company administrators.
6. Text (SMS) messaging
By providing your mobile number on our job application form or directly to us, you agree to receive text messages from SJR Logistics related to your application and, if hired, your employment (hiring next steps, document requests, trip assignments, and paperwork reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment โ if you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email instead. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. Availability and warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJR Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when employment or a contract relationship ends. Sections 4-7 survive termination.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version at this address; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
